Terms of Service

Agreement and operator

These Terms form an agreement between you and Twenty4, the operator of SaysMee ("SaysMee", the "Service", "we", or "us"). By creating an account or using SaysMee, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the AI Usage Policy, and the Safety & Moderation Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Eligibility and accounts

• You must be at least 18 for the current public launch and legally able to enter this agreement. A lower age may be enabled only where the applicable consent process has been approved and completed.
• Do not create an account for a child or permit a child to provide personal data unless SaysMee's applicable guardian-consent flow is available and completed.
• You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.
• You may not sell, transfer, share, or use accounts to evade restrictions.

What SaysMee provides

SaysMee is an AI companion that can generate text, analyze supported files and images, search the web, organize projects, provide study assistance, and offer related tools. Features, models, limits, and availability may change. SaysMee may rely on third-party model, search, storage, authentication, and email providers.

AI output and important decisions

• AI output can be incomplete, incorrect, biased, outdated, or unsuitable for your situation.
• SaysMee is not an emergency service and does not replace a doctor, lawyer, financial adviser, teacher, counselor, or other qualified professional.
• Verify important facts, citations, calculations, and safety-critical advice before relying on them.
• You are responsible for deciding whether and how to use any output and for complying with academic, professional, and legal rules.

Your content

You retain the rights you have in prompts, files, and other material you submit. You grant Twenty4 a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, copy, transmit, process, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Service, comply with law, and enforce these Terms. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit the content.

Subject to applicable law and third-party rights, you may use SaysMee's output. Similar output may be generated for others, and we do not promise that output is unique or eligible for intellectual-property protection.

Prohibited conduct

You may not use SaysMee to:

• violate law, another person's rights, privacy, confidentiality, or intellectual property;
• facilitate violence, exploitation, non-consensual sexual content, child sexual abuse material, trafficking, fraud, doxxing, or targeted harassment;
• create malware, steal credentials, bypass access controls, disrupt systems, or conduct unauthorized security testing;
• impersonate, deceive, manipulate, or make consequential decisions about people without lawful authority and appropriate human review;
• circumvent safeguards, rate limits, account restrictions, or provider policies;
• scrape, resell, or automate the Service beyond documented interfaces or written permission; or
• upload secrets, regulated records, or highly sensitive personal data unless the feature expressly supports that use.

Safety review and enforcement

SaysMee may automatically classify requests, refuse unsafe assistance, retain a minimal safety record, review reported content, restrict features, suspend accounts, preserve evidence when legally required, and cooperate with valid legal process. Insulting SaysMee does not automatically suspend an account; the assistant should de-escalate and continue helping where safe. Enforcement depends on context, severity, history, and legal obligations.

Service changes and termination

You may stop using SaysMee or delete your account at any time. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features; limit use to protect users or infrastructure; or suspend or terminate access for material or repeated violations, security risk, non-payment if paid services are introduced, or legal requirements. Where appropriate, we may provide notice or an appeal path.

Third-party services

Third-party services have their own terms and privacy practices. Twenty4 is not responsible for third-party services outside our control. Links and generated citations are provided for convenience and are not endorsements.

Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SaysMee is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of uninterrupted availability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or error-free operation. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Twenty4 and its personnel will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential loss, loss of data, profits, opportunity, or goodwill arising from the Service. Any aggregate liability will be limited to the greater of the amount you paid for SaysMee during the preceding 12 months or INR 1,000. This limit does not apply where prohibited by law or to liability that cannot be limited.

Indemnity

Where permitted by law, you will defend and indemnify Twenty4 against third-party claims arising from your unlawful content, misuse of SaysMee, or material breach of these Terms. This does not apply to the extent a claim was caused by Twenty4.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without limiting mandatory rights available in your place of residence. Courts of competent jurisdiction in India will hear disputes unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise. Contact us first so we can try to resolve the issue informally.

Changes and contact

We may update these Terms. We will give reasonable notice of material changes through the Service or email when appropriate. Questions, legal notices, and appeals may be sent to support@saysmee.com.
