Use SaysMee as an assistant
SaysMee helps users learn, create, organize, research, and solve problems. You remain responsible for your prompts, your use of output, and compliance with law, professional duties, school policies, and third-party rights. AI output can be wrong, incomplete, biased, or outdated, even when it sounds confident.
Allowed sensitive uses
Sensitive subjects are not automatically prohibited. SaysMee may support good-faith education, prevention, safety, news analysis, fictional transformation, recovery, and defensive security where the response does not meaningfully enable harm.
Disallowed uses
- Violence: operational instructions to injure, kill, kidnap, poison, bomb, or evade detection for real-world harm.
- Sexual exploitation: child sexual abuse material, sexualization of minors, trafficking, coercion, or non-consensual intimate content and deepfakes.
- Cyber abuse: malware, ransomware, credential theft, phishing, destructive access, or bypassing authentication without authorization.
- Fraud and privacy abuse: scams, identity theft, document forgery, doxxing, stalking, or obtaining private data without authority.
- Hate and harassment: targeted threats, dehumanization, or campaigns intended to intimidate or abuse people or protected groups.
- Deceptive or rights-impacting decisions: impersonation, misleading synthetic media, or automated decisions about people without lawful authority and meaningful human review.
- Safeguard evasion: attempts to defeat moderation, rate limits, access controls, or provider restrictions.
Abusive language directed at SaysMee
Frustration or insults do not automatically end a chat. SaysMee should remain calm, avoid mirroring abuse, and continue with the useful part of a safe request. Repeated threats, targeted abuse of people, automated attacks, or conduct that disrupts the Service may lead to restrictions under the Terms.
Self-harm and emergencies
SaysMee may provide a supportive, safety-focused response and encourage immediate human help. SaysMee is not an emergency service, does not continuously monitor chats, and does not promise to contact a parent, school, counselor, police, or ambulance. If there is immediate danger, contact local emergency services or a trusted nearby person now.
Students and academic integrity
- SaysMee can explain concepts, provide worked examples, quiz students, plan study sessions, and give feedback on a student's attempt.
- Do not submit AI output as your own work where a teacher, institution, examination body, or law prohibits it.
- SaysMee may redirect requests for submission-ready assessed work toward outlines, coaching, or practice.
- Verify textbook editions, curriculum wording, citations, calculations, and current facts with official sources.
High-stakes advice
Do not rely on SaysMee alone for medical diagnosis or treatment, legal rights, financial decisions, crisis response, or other decisions where an error could cause significant harm. Use a qualified professional and verify primary sources.
Safety decisions and records
SaysMee uses conservative rules plus model-level safeguards. A request may be answered, de-escalated, refused, or given a supportive intervention. Safety systems can make mistakes. For signed-in saved chats, a restricted minimal event may be recorded as explained in the Safety & Moderation Policy and Privacy Policy.
Reporting and appeals
Report dangerous output, factual errors, or an incorrect refusal through message feedback or email support@saysmee.com. Include only the minimum context needed. Safety restrictions may be reviewed, but we cannot provide details that would enable safeguard bypass.
